经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for patients with lumbar disc herniations

目的评估经皮椎间孔镜对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月合肥市第三人民医院骨科采用经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的24例患者,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和改良Macnab评分标准对手术疗效进行评估。结果患者术前VAS评分为(8.46±0.88)分,术后即刻、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月的VAS评分分别为(1.33±1.24)、(2.50±1.53)、(2.08±1.56)、(2.00±1.62)、(2.00±1.50)分,与患者术前VAS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据改良Macnab评分标准,患者术后优良率达87.50%,其中优17例,良4例,可3例。结论经皮椎间孔镜是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for the relief of pain with lumbar disc herniations. Methods Twenty-four patients（ 2014-06-2017-06） were treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy,and their improvement after operation was assessed with low limp pain visual analogue scale（ VAS） and modified Mac Nab criterion. Results The mean pain scores before and after treatment,at one week,at one month,at three months and at six months after treatment were 8. 46 ± 0. 88,1. 33 ± 1. 24,2. 50 ± 1. 53,2. 08 ± 1. 56,2. 00 ± 1. 62,2. 00 ± 1. 50,respectively. 87. 50% of the patients had good and excellent outcomes after treatment according to the modified Mac Nab criterion. Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy is effective in the treatment of pain resulting from lumbar disc herniations.
