摘要
以RV-40E-81为研究对象,利用Pro/E进行参数化快速三维模型的建立并装配,建立了RV-40E减速器刚体模型,然后导入到ADAMS中利用宏命令的方法根据传动原理进行虚拟样机快速建模与约束,改变了传统手动进行模型约束的方法,减小了重复修改模型参数对样机进行重新约束的复杂度,并试制出RV-40E样机进行传动误差实验验证,将误差结果与仿真结果对比分析,分析表明利用宏命令快速建立的传动误差虚拟样机模型正确,为RV减速器传动误差虚拟样机的快速建立提供了一种有效、简便可行的方法。
Take RV-40E-81 as a study object,and utilize Pro/E to continue the establishment and assemble of parametric rapid 3 D model. After finish the set-up of RV-40 E reducer rigid body model,then conduct into ADAMS by using macro command method in accordance with transmission principle to proceed virtual sample machine to build the model and constraint,which changes the traditional manual method to constrain the model and reduces the complexity to repeat revising the model data on the constrain of sample machine. Meanwhile try to make RV-40E sample machine for transmission error experiment prove,compare and analyze the results between error and simulation. The analysis turns out the transmission error sample machine model by utilizing macro command method for quick establishment is correct,which supplies an effective and convenient method to quickly build RV reducer transmission error stimulation sample machines.
