摘要 针对传统优化设计忽视不确定因素对产品性能和质量的影响,将近似模型技术、蒙特卡洛模拟法、可靠性分析和6σ质量设计相结合,对地坑式架车机进行6σ稳健优化设计。分析结果表明,与传统确定性优化相比,该方法不仅能使地坑式架车机的结构自重降低16.79%,而且降低了优化结果对优化参数波动的敏感性,同时大幅提高了各参数的σ水平和可靠度,因此极大地提高了架车机的可靠性和稳健性,为地坑式架车机的设计及优化提供理论指导,具有较高的工程实际应用价值。 In view of the traditional optimization design has ignored the influence of the uncertain factors on the performance and quality of the products,approximate model technology,Monte Carlo simulation method,reliability analysis and 6σ quality design have been combined with to design the robust optimization of underfloor lifting system based on 6σ. Analysis results show that compared with the traditional deterministic optimization,the method can not only make pit type frame car machine structure weight reducing 16.79%,and reduce the sensitivity of the optimization results to the parameter fluctuation,and greatly increase the level of σ and reliability of each parameter. So greatly improves the reliability and robustness of lifting system,which provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of underfloor lifting system,and has high practical value in engineering application.
