摘要
托举装置是清障车重要的执行机构,该部分的强度和刚度在清障车设计中起非常重要的作用。因此有必要对托举装置进行结构强度分析和实验验证。建立托举装置有限元模型,进行拖拽工况的静强度分析,对实际样车的托举部分进行应力测试试验。有限元结果表明托臂局部出现塑性变形,摇臂满足要求。实验结果表明各测点测试值与有限元计算值应力趋势一致,误差在10%以内,测点1和测点2的测试值超过屈服极限。与托臂有限元计算结果吻合,验证了有限元模型的正确性,为托臂的结构改进提供了可靠的分析方法。
Lifting device of wrecker is an important actuator,so the strength and stiffness of that part play a very important role in the design of wrecker.It is necessary to carry out structural strength analysis and experimental verification of lifting device. A finite element model of lifting device was built,and then the static analysis of drag and drop condition was conducted.Lift part of the real wrecker stress test was carried out. According to the analysis results,the bracket arm produced plastic deformation,and the rocker arm met the strength requirements.The experimental results showed that the test values of the test points were in agreement with the finite element calculation,and the error was less than ten percent.The test value of point 1 and point 2 exceeded the yield limit of the material,and the results were in good agreement with the finite element. The correctness of the finite element model was verified,and the reliable analysis of the structure improvement was provided on bracket arms.
