考虑物料层作用液压圆锥破碎机动力学分析

摘要 分析液压圆锥破碎机破碎系统的三维空间运动情况,引入Bouc-Wen模型合理表达破碎物料层的非线性滞回力,建立液压圆锥破碎机三自由度动力学微分方程组,利用等效线性化方法解决包含非线性滞回力微分方程难求解的问题。通过Matlab软件对动力学微分方程组进行数值计算,绘制破碎系统的响应曲线,实现对液压圆锥破碎机动力学分析。对比不同参数值下响应曲线的变化情况,进而确定不同参数对液压圆锥破碎机破碎系统的影响程度,为今后液压圆锥破碎机进行优化设计奠定基础。 The motion of hydraulic cone crusher system in three-dimensional space was analyzed and the Bouc-Wen model was introduced to reasonably express the nonlinear hysteretic force of crushing material layer to establish dynamics equations of hydraulic cone crusher in three degrees of freedom,and then the equivalent linearization method was used to solve the differential equation involving nonlinear hysteretic force which was difficult to be solved. The numerical solutions were obtained and the response curves of broken system were drawn by matlab software. The influence of different parameters on the hydraulic cone crusher system can be determined by comparing to the response curves which change in different parameter values to lay the foundation of the optimization of hydraulic cone crusher.
