摘要
通过逆向工程获得复杂虹吸式流道的三维模型,并对虹吸流道管径截面变化规律进行了研究。利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对虹吸式坐便器的冲洗全过程进行了模拟,研究了虹吸式坐便器整个虹吸流道流态特性、压力分布特性,并重点分析了虹吸式流道的虹吸性能,提出了虹吸式流道的驼峰截面F1-F2为虹吸式流道性能的特征截面。通过实验研究了虹吸式坐便器的冲洗全过程的流态、气泡产生与分布及粒子排放效果。研究结果表明模拟计算结果与实验测试结果吻合较好。
The presents the characteristics of the siphon piping cross section A-B and C-D through the 3D model obtained by reverse engineering method. In the meantime,the flush process of the siphoning pipe is simulated by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)to investigate the regime characteristics,pressure distribution and the siphon performance. Furthermore,as the characteristic section,the hump section F1-F2 on the siphon piping is presented to investigate the sprue characteristic.Additionally,the flush process,bubble distribution and the particle emission effect are also verified by experiments. At last,it is proved that the numerical simulated properties of the toilet flushing have a good agreement with the experiment results.
