风电机组齿轮箱分阶段机会维护策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对风电场运行条件恶劣、维护动作开展困难等问题,提出一种风机齿轮箱阶段性机会维护策略。采用威布尔失效模型来描述部件的衰退过程,考虑齿轮箱各部件的维护经济性,提出分阶段的机会维护策略。通过小波包能量谱对齿轮箱实际退化特征进行提取,划分出四个退化阶段。从而搭建出分阶段的齿轮箱机会维护模型,通过实验给出部件的具体维护间隔与动作,验证该维护策略的经济性与合理性。实验结果表明采用风机齿轮箱阶段性机会维护策略,可有效平衡"维护不足"与"过度维护"问题。 Aiming at solving bad operation condition and difficult maintenance of wind farm problem,a phased maintenance strategy of gearbox for wind turbines has been put forward. First,a Weibull failure model is used to describe the fading process of components,and then a phased opportunity maintenance strategy is proposed according to maintenance economy of gearbox parts. Secondly,the actual degradation characteristics of gearbox are extracted by wavelet packet energy spectrum,and they has been divided into four degradation stages. Thus,a staged gearbox maintenance model is established,and the maintenance intervals and actions of the components are given by an example. Also,economy and rationality of the maintenance strategy are verified. As the result shows,it can effectively balance the problem of "insufficient maintenance"and"over maintenance"by adopting the phased maintenance strategy of gearbox for wind turbine.
