民营经济发展的跨时空特征——基于前后金融危机时期的对照研究

Cross Temporal and Spatial Characteristics of Private Economy Development——A Comparative Study Before and After Financial Crisis

本文综合运用传统统计、新近发展的地理信息系统中的重心技术以及标准差椭圆技术相结合的方式,将样本区分为前后金融危机时期,对中国民营经济发展的跨时间和空间特征进行了深度解析。结论如下:时间特征方面,前金融危机时期,民营经济占比出现过第一次系统性波动;后金融危机时期,出现过第二次系统性波动。空间位置特征方面,民营经济在前后金融危机时期有巨大反差;空间方向特征方面,呈现出空间分布、空间形状乃至空间方向上的变化。

In this paper,we integrate the traditional statistics,the gravity technology and the standard deviation ellipse technology in the newly developed geographic information system（ GIS）,and divide the samples into the periods before and after the financial crisis. It makes a deep analysis of the temporal and spatial characteristics of the development of China＇ s private economy. Conclusions are as follows. In terms of time characteristics,the private economy accounted for the first systematic fluctuation before the financial crisis. In the post-financial crisis period,there appeared second systemic fluctuation. In terms of spatial location characteristics,China＇ s private economy has a huge difference before and after the financial crisis. In terms of spatial orientation characteristics,there are spatial distribution,spatial shape and spatial direction changes.
