Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection sinomenine injection in the treatment of sacroiliac joint pain.Methods:Sixty-four patients with sacroiliac joint pain who were diagnosed and treated from September 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method. The experimental group and the control group were given physical therapy for 20 minutes a day,on the basis of which the experimental group was injected with sinomenine at about Guanyu point, and the control group was injected with 0.9% sodium chloride injection at a dose of 0.9% For a course of treatment,an interval of 1 week to continue the next course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 90.63% and 68.75% respectively;the experimental group was significantly better than the control group ( P 〈0.05).The main symptoms and signs (pain, straight leg raising test and '4' word test) were significantly improved compared with those before treatment ( P 〈0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of sinomenine for the treatment of sacroiliac joint pain has the advantages of good efficacy, safety, simplicity and low cost, and has high clinical practical value and obvious pain relief.
