摘要 详细阐述了杂散电流的腐蚀机理及特点,分析了杂散电流的干扰源,介绍了试片法检测杂散电流的步骤及评价准则。以某埋地钢制管道为实例,采用实验方法进行了杂散电流的干扰源排查、检测与评价。实验结果表明,管道受到较严重的直流杂散电流干扰,主要干扰源为电气化轻轨地铁。提出了管道的杂散电流排流防护措施,为管道的维护与监控提供依据。通过检测杂散电流干扰,分析主要问题并提出解决方案,以降低杂散电流对管道的干扰影响,保障管道的安全运行。 The corrosion mechanism and characteristics of stray current are elaborated.The sources of stray current are analyzed,and the steps of coupon method and its evaluation criteria are introduced.By combining with the example of buried steel pipelines,the experimental method is applied to investigate,detect and evaluate the interference sources of stray current.The results show that the pipeline is subject to more serious DC stray current interference.The main source of interference is the electric railway.The stray current drainage protection measures of the pipeline are proposed to provide a basis for pipeline maintenance and monitoring.By detecting stray current interference and analyzing the main problems,some solutions are proposed to reduce the influence of stray current and to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
