摘要
利用无水明矾、硼酸和硫酸钾 ,按Al/B(摩尔比 ) =4∶1,(Al+B) /K2 SO4 =1∶0 .5配比 ,采用分段升温的方法在 110 0℃高温熔盐中合成了硼酸铝晶须 ,XRD结果表明 :所得物相为纯净的 9Al2 O3·2B2 O3单相 ,扫描电镜结果显示9Al2 O3·2B2 O3是直径在 0 .1~ 1μm ,长度在 1~ 40 μm ,长径比≥ 10~ 3 0的晶须。
The synthesis of aluminum borate whisker from anhydrous alum,boric acid and potassium sulfate was investigated.The result of X ray deffraction indicates product is pure 9Al 2O 3·2B 2O 3 phase,and the result of scanning electron microcopy shows that the diameter of whisker is 0.1~1μm,the length 1~40μm,the ratio of length and diameter≥10~30.At the same time,the by product of synthesis reaction is pure potassium sulfate.
