摘要
本文在确定31个省市自治区企业创新投入、产出指标的基础上,采用超效率CCR-DEA模型对2015年的31个省市自治区企业创新效率进行了计算和分析,并运用多元回归模型探讨企业创新效率影响因素对其影响作用。结论表明:企业创新投入与产出高度相关;仅有8个省市自治区企业创新效率达到有效;东部地区企业效率值高于中西部地区;政府政策、创新意识是影响企业创新效率的主要因素等。
Based on the determination of innovation input and output index of 31 provinces and autonomous regions, this paper uses the super efficiency CCR-DEA model to calculateand analyze the innovation efficiency of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in 2015, and use the multiple regression model to explore the impact and effect of the influencing factors on enterprise ’s innovation efficiency. The results show that the innovation input and output are highly correlated. Only 8 provinces and autonomous regions have achieved effective innovation efficiency. The efficiency value of enterprises in the eastern region is higher than that of in the central and western regions. Government policy, innovation awareness arethe main factors affecting the efficiency of enterprise innovation and so on.
