摘要 目的解决不同高强钢板材在冲裁时所需冲裁力不同的计算问题。方法搭建了高强钢板材冲孔实验平台,结合车身上广泛应用的DP、QP钢系列以及MS系列超高强钢板,设计了相应的冲孔试样,通过冲孔实验,获得了不同超高强钢板材所需的冲裁力,并结合超高强钢板的冲裁力经验计算公式,得到适用于计算不同高强钢材料冲裁力的经验系数,最后将经验公式进行修正,获得了适用于不同高强钢板材冲裁力与抗拉强度的修正关系式。结果选用DP980及1700MS高强钢进行冲孔实验可知,两者实验冲裁力与通过修正公式计算所得冲裁力误差分别为2%和2.2%。结论验证了所得修正关系式的可行性,可为高强钢零件冲切压力机吨位的选取和模具结构设计提供参考。 This paper aims solve different calculation of blanking force required for different high strength steel plates. An experimental platform for high strength steel plate blanking was built. Blanking samples were designed in combination with DP, QP and MS HSS. The corresponding blanking force for different HSS was obtained through blanking test designed. In combination with the formula for calculating blanking force of HSS, the empirical coefficient for blanking force of different HSS was obtained. Finally, the formula was modified to obtain the correction relation between blanking force and extension strength of HSS. The hole punching test with DP980 and 1700 MS HSS showed that the error between experimental blanking force and calculating force was 2% and 2.2%. It verifies the accuracy of the modified formula. The calculation result of HSS blanking force provides references for the selection of high strength steel press and the structural design of die.
