摘要
文章基于涂尔干社会分工论视角,区分社会职业分工中"机械团结"和"有机团结",在劳动力"异质性"假设前提下,分别从家庭、中职学校、中职教育政策、社会文化以及学生个体五个方面厘清各自的社会功能定位,分析其现状和困境,提出中等职业教育人才培养协同创新机制的建议。
Based on Durkheim's theory of social division of labor, this paper distinguishes between"mechanical unity"and"organic unity"in social and professional division of labor. On the premise of "heterogeneity"of labor force, this paper clarifies their social function from five aspects: family, secondary vocational school, secondary vocational education policy, social culture and student individual. Then, the author analyzes its present situation and predicament, and puts forward some suggestions on the cooperative innovation mechanism of talent training in secondary vocational education.
