临床医学专业学生生活事件、心理弹性和抑郁症状的关系

Relationship between Life Events,Resilience,and Depressive Symptoms in Clinical Medical Students

目的探讨临床医学专业学生生活事件、心理弹性与抑郁症状的关系。方法对496例调查结果进行统计描述和统计分析,探索各因素之间的关系。结果生活事件对抑郁症状的直接影响显著(β=0.422,P<0.001),对心理弹性(β=-0.374,P<0.001)的直接作用同样显著。心理弹性在生活事件和抑郁症状的关系中起部分中介作用,总的中介效应量为34.9%,其中坚韧为13.9%,乐观为11.9%。结论医学生心理弹性在生活事件和抑郁症状的关系中起部分中介作用;医学生的坚韧和乐观因子在生活事件四维度(人际关系、受惩罚、健康适应和其他方面)和抑郁症状的关系中起部分中介作用。

Objective To examine the relationship between life events,resilience,and depression among clinical medical students. Methods In this study,496 investigation results were analyzed to determine the relationship between the aforementioned factors. Results Life events had a significant direct effect on depressive symptoms（β = 0.422,P 0.001） and psychological resilience（β =-0.374,P 0.001）. Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between life events and depressive symptoms. The total mediating effect rates of psychological resilience,mental toughness,and optimism were 34.9%,13.9%,and 11.9%,respectively. Conclusion The psychological resilience（toughness and optimism） of medical students played a partial intermediate role in the relationship between their life events and depressive symptoms. In the medical students in this study,toughness and optimism played a partial intermediate role in the relationship between the four dimensions of life events（interpersonal relations,punishment,health adaption,and other） and depressive symptoms.
