我国开放发展的新进路:双向开放与开放“空间”

The New Road of Development by Opening-up in China:Two-way Opening and Opening Places

开放发展的新进路应是双向开放与开放"空间"。所谓双向开放是指我国在对外开放,积极参与国际组织,参加国际事务处理的同时,使得国际社会国际组织向"我"开放;是指中国开创开放发展的新平台;是指在对外开放的同时,保持对内开放,实现城市与乡村之间,不同区域之间良性互动,建设一个富于流动性的社会。所谓"开放空间"是指为建设强大的市场经济,必须摒弃教条主义的偏见,调动各类市场主体的积极性,发挥企业家作用,提供各类市场主体成长壮大的空间;是指努力提供均等的公共产品,赋予社会弱势群体发展进步的空间;是指敞开经济自由成长的探索空间。

The new path of development by opening up should be two-way opening and opening places. The so-called two-way opening means that China opens up to the international community and at the same time,actively participates in international organizations,to participate in international affairs,and that China creates a new open platform and that China opens up to the international community and at the same time,keeps on opening up,between urban and rural areas,between the eastern China and western China to build a society of mobility. The so-called opening places refer to the building of a strong market economy,must abandon the dogmatism of prejudice,to mobilize the enthusiasm of all types of market players,play the role of entrepreneurs,to provide various types of market players to grow in space,refers to efforts to provide equal public products,giving the social vulnerable groups development space,refers to the open economy the free growth space exploration.
