摘要
随着金融智能化程度的深化,金融行业人才的数量和结构都发生了变化,金融应用型人才面临着被"替代"的危机,但同时也有了新的机遇。文章以此为切入点,在此背景下为作为金融应用型人才培养的主体的高校尤其是高职院校提出了相应的对策,从人才培养的顶层设计到教学体系、教学方式和教学评价的构建等方面提出建议。
With the application of financial intelligence,the number and structure of talents in the financial industry have changed,and financial application talents are facing the crisis of being replaced. But at the same time,they also have opportunities.This paper proposed strategies in this context for universities,especially vocational colleges,the main players in the training of financial applied talent. The authors have proposed corresponding countermeasures on top-level design of personnel training,teaching systems,teaching methods and teaching evaluation and other aspects.
