国内灾难医学科研选题特点的文献计量学分析

Research status in Chinese disaster medicine: A bibliometric analysis

目的了解我国灾难医学科研选题的研究现状及热点。方法通过文献计量分析,检索中国期刊网数据库、万方数据库及维普数据库,筛选1998—2017年发表的与灾难医学相关的文献,对其特征进行分析。结果共纳入1 971篇文献,分布于184种期刊,《中国急救复苏与灾害医学杂志》《解放军医院管理杂志》《中华灾害救援医学》刊载较多,占文献总量的35.89%。刊发数量总体呈上升趋势,其中51.95%的文献为临床医学研究。灾难医学科研选题主要为地震灾害与突发公共卫生事件的应急救援、灾难医学教育培训及影响因素分析、灾难救援的卫勤保障、医护人员灾难救护能力现状4个方面。结论我国灾难医学研究发展迅速,未来需加大信息化建设,自主研发灾难救援新产品,建立灾难救援数据库,开展多模式、前瞻性的灾难医学科研活动。

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the research status and trends of disaster medicine in China. Methods Journal articles on disaster medicine from 1998 to 2017 indexed in CNKI, Wanfang Data, and CQVIP were retrieved and analyzed using bibliometric techniques. Results A total of 1,971 articles were retrieved from 184 journals. Articles published in three journals alone, i.e., China Journal of Emergency Recovery and Disaster Medicine, Hospital Administration Journal of Chinese People＇s Liberation Army, and Chinese Journal of Disaster Medicine accounted for 35.89%. The annual number of publications showed an upward tendency, and 51.95% of them were on clinical medicine research. Chinese disaster medicine mainly covers four areas： emergency rescue for earthquake and public health emergencies, training on disaster medical and its influencing factors, medical support for disaster rescue, and the status quo of rescue capability of medical staff. Conclusions At present, research on disaster medicine develops rapidly in China. We suggest strengthening IT construction, developing new products independently for disaster rescue, establishing database on disaster rescue, and carrying out multi-mode and forward-looking disaster medical scientific research activities.
