中国国际应急医疗队(上海)建设现状

Status quo of China International Emergency Medical Team(Shanghai)

中国国际应急医疗队(上海)是我国第一支经世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)认证的,由专业医疗人员和后勤工作人员组成的国际应急医疗队。本文介绍该队建设的基本要求,从人员、规模、培训方面分析中国国际应急医疗队(上海)的建设现状,提出以不同种类灾难的性质为基础,制订一整套可应用于国际应急医疗队医学救援的建设标准,并对具体物资进行系统化、模块化、集成化配置,对改善当前各类应急医疗队伍能力参差不齐、装备水平差别较大的现状具有重要的指导意义。

China International Emergency Medical Team（Shanghai） is the first WHO-certified team of its kind in China, and consists of professional medical personnel and logistics staff. This paper introduces the basic requirements for constructing such a team, analyzes the status of China International Emergency Medical Team（Shanghai） in terms of personnel, scale and training, formulates a set of construction standards based on the nature of different disasters, which deploys resources in a systematic, modular and integrated way. It is of great significance for improving the capabilities of various emergency medical teams in personnel and equipment.
