虚拟现实技术在灾害救援医疗场景专科化训练中的应用探讨 被引量:9

摘要 灾害场景分型是灾害医学救援快速实施的前提条件,以场景化思路建立各类灾害救援训练模型,根据灾害性质来划分救援场景对实施应急治疗至关重要。不同场景所需医学救援程序侧重点不同,按灾害场景分型对提高医学救援效率,最大限度避免或减少人员伤亡具有重要意义。随着计算机技术的发展,虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术在灾害救援医学方面展现出广阔的应用前景。本文分析VR技术在灾害救援医疗场景专科化训练中应用的意义,并分别以医疗学科类别和医疗救援流程场景探讨该技术在训练方面的应用。 As a precondition for the disaster medical rescue, disaster scene classification pursues the scenario-based idea and establishes various disaster training models. It is of great significance for emergency treatment to classify the scenarios based on the nature of disaster. Different scenarios are supposed to have their own priorities in medical rescue procedures. Therefore, disaster scene classification plays a decisive role in improving the efficiency of medical rescue as well as minimizing casualties caused by disasters. Along with the development of computer technology, virtual reality(VR) technology has demonstrated broad application prospects in disaster medicine. This paper analyzes the value of VR technology in specialized training for disaster medical scenes, and discusses its application in the training work involving various medical disciplines and disaster medical scenes.
