青岛地区早泄患者心理障碍情况及影响因素的临床研究

A Clinical Study on the Psychological Disorders and Influential Factors of Premature Ejaculation in Qingdao Area

目的对青岛地区早泄(premature ejaculation,PE)患者心理障碍的患病情况及相关影响因素进行调查,探讨影响PE患者心理障碍的相关因素。方法应用综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HAD)、早泄量表(the premature ejaculation scale,PEDT)及自制的相关因素调查表对2016年8月至2017年4月至本单位男科门诊就诊的332例PE患者的心理情况进行调查,分析HAD评分及心理障碍检出率与患者的年龄、职业、病程、文化程度、结婚生育等因素的相关性。结果在受检的332例患者当中HAD评分为(6.795±4.560)分,按HAD≥8分判定,有焦虑或抑郁症状者132例(39.76%),HAD评分与受检患者的年龄、病程等存在相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的职业、文化程度、婚姻生育情况等无相关性(P>0.05)。结论青岛地区PE患者普遍存在焦虑或抑郁等心理障碍情况,这些情况与患者的年龄、病程、性格特点等因素有关,而与患者的职业、文化程度、婚育情况等因素无关。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of psychological disorders and related influencing factors in premature ejaculation（ PE） patients in Qingdao area,and to explore the related factors of psychological disorders in premature ejaculation patients. Methods A total of 332 cases of premature ejaculation（ PE） were collected from the hospital outpatient of the from August 2016 to April 2017. The hospital anxiety and depression scale（ HAD）,the premature ejaculation scale（ PEDT） and the self-designed questionnaire were used to analyze the correlation between the HAD score and the detection rate of psychological disorder and the age,occupation,course of disease,educational level,marriage and childbearing factors. Results The HAD score was（ 6. 795 ± 4. 560） in these 332 patients. According to HAD≥8,132 cases（ 39. 76%） with anxiety or depressive symptoms,HAD score and the detection rate of psychological disorder were correlated with the age,course of disease（ P〈0. 05）,but not with the patients＇ occupation,education level,marriage and childbearing status（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Psychological disorders widely exist in PE patients in Qingdao area and is related to the age and course of the patients,personality feature,but not with the factors such as occupation,educational level and marriage and child care.
