分析乙肝病毒DNA病毒载量与各型乙型肝炎血清标志物之间的关系

Analysis of Correlation between the Hepatitis B Virus DNA Virus Load and Various Types of Hepatitis B Serum Markers

目的探讨乙肝病毒DNA病毒载量与各型乙型肝炎血清标志物之间的关系。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月该院收治的82例乙肝患者。利用化学发光法测定82例患者HBV血清标志物乙肝表面抗原(Hepatitis B surface antigen;HBsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(Hepatitis B surface Antibody;HBsAb)、乙肝e抗原(Hepatitis Be antigen;HbeAg)、乙肝e抗体(Hepatitis Be antibody;HBeAb)以及乙肝核心抗体(Hepatitis B core antibody;HBcAb)等。利用化学发光法与荧光定量PCR方法分析不同免疫模式与乙肝病毒DNA病毒载量之间的关系。结果 1(HBsAg)、3(HBeAg)、5(HBcAb)与1、3阳性组HBV载量较高。大多10~5 U/mL以上。1、4(HBeAb)、5阳性与1、5组HBV载量相对较低。大部分患者在10~5 U/mL以下。结论 HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb与乙肝病毒DNA呈高度相关,作为乙型肝炎病毒感染复制的指标对乙肝患者进行分组有利于临床治疗。值的临床借鉴。

Objective To study the correlation between the hepatitis B virus DNA virus load and various types of hepatitis B Serum markers. Methods 82 cases of patients with hepatitis B admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected, and the HBsAg, HBsAb, HbeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb of the two groups were measured by the chemiluminescent immunoassay, and the correlation between the different immune models and hepatitis B virus DNA virus load was analyzed by the chemiluminescent immunoassay and PCR method. Results The HBV load was higher in the 1（HBsAg）, 3（HBeAg）, 5（HBc Ab） and 1, 3 positive groups, more than 10~5 U/mL in most, and the HBV load was relatively low in the 1, 4（ HBeAb）, 5 positive and 1, 5 groups, below 10~5 U/mL in most. Conclusion HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb are highly correlated with the hepatitis B DNA, and the grouping of hepatitis B patients by the replicating indicators of hepatitis B virus infection is conductive to the clinical treatment, and it is worth clinical reference.
