加味川芎茶调散治疗偏头痛临床效果研究

Research on Clinical Effect of Flavored Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder in Treatment of Migraine

目的探讨和分析加味川芎茶调散在偏头痛治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2—9月间该院救治的偏头痛患者136例为分析对象,以随机形式划定为观察组与对照组各68例,对照组使用西比林进行治疗,观察组在采用对照组基础上,另外服用中药汤剂川芎茶调散,并随症实施加减,经过4周1个疗程的治疗,统计和分析两组的偏头痛持续时间和发作次数,并对治疗有效率进行综合对比。结果在1个疗程之后,观察组的有效率为95.59%,显著高于对照组,该两组的有效率对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.231,P<0.05);观察组偏头痛的实际发作频率、及持续时间分别为(3.17±0.93)次/疗程、(6.04±1.92)h/次,均低于治疗前,并且均低于对照组,该两组的偏头痛发作频率以及持续时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择加味川芎茶调散来对偏头痛患者实施治疗,无论在发作次数、频率上,还是在疗效上,均能获得理想的实际效果,有必要在临床上大力普及。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of flavored chuanxiong chatiao powder in treatment of migraine. Methods 136 cases of patients with migraine admitted and treated in our department from February to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 68 cases in each, the control group were treated with sibelium, while the observation group were treated with TCM decoction and chuanxiong chatiao powder,and the duration of migraine and attack frequency were counted and analyzed, and the treatment effective rate was comprehensively compared after one treatment course. Results After one treatment course, the effective rate in the observation group was 95.59%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was obvious（χ2=6.231, P〈0.05）, with statistical significance, and the practical attack frequency and duration in the observation group were respectively（3.17 ±0.93）times/treatment course and（6.04 ±1.92）h/time, which were lower than those before treatment, and those in the control group, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The selection of flavored chuanxiong chatiao powder in treatment of migraine can obtain an ideal practical effect in the attack time and frequency, and it is necessary to popularize in clinic.
