摘要
目的探讨糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白在2型糖尿病及并发症中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年10月—2018年1月该院诊治的110例2型糖尿病患者。根据患者糖化血红蛋白、糖化白蛋白水平分为低值组、中值组以及高值组3组。检测糖化血红蛋白、糖化白蛋白以及血脂水平等。结果低值组、中值组以及高值组血脂水平逐渐增高,如甘油三酯分别为(3.52±0.18)、(4.34±0.24)、(4.89±0.39)mmol/L,总胆固醇(5.76±0.22)、(5.89±0.21)、(6.05±0.23)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(3.58±0.23)、(3.75±0.18)、(3.98±0.19)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.13±0.12)、(1.08±0.14)、(1.01±0.13)mmol/L。并发症发生率与糖化血红蛋白、糖化白蛋白呈正相关(r=0.897,P=0.000;r=0.265,P=0.014)。结论糖化血红蛋白、糖化白蛋白水平上升可造成血流动力学改变以及并发症发生率上升,与糖尿病并发症的发生呈正相关。
Objective To study the value of glycosylated albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and complication. Methods 110 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into low value group, middle value group and high value group, and the glycosylated albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin, blood liquid levels were tested. Results The blood liquid levels in the low value, middle value and high value groups gradually increased, triglycerides were(3.52±0.18)、(4.34±0.24)、(4.89±0.39)mmol/L respectively, total cholesterol was(5.76±0.22)、(5.89±0.21)、(6.05±0.23)mmol/L.low density lipoprotein cholesterol was(3.58±0.23)、(3.75±0.18)、(3.98±0.19)mmol/L,high density lipoprotein cholesterol was(1.13±0.12)、(1.08±0.14)、1.01±0.13)mmol/L, and the incidence rate of complications was positively correlated with the glycosylated albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin(r =0.897,P =0.000;r =0.265,P =0.014). Conclusion The increase of glycosylated albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin can cause the changes of hemodynamics and increase of incidence rate of complications, which was positively correlated with the occurrence of diabetes complications.
