高淳区健康体检人员空腹血糖、血脂调查分析

Investigation on Fasting Blood Glucose and Blood Liquid of Healthy Physical Examination Staff in Gaochun District

目的现对高淳地区事业、机关单位5 200名健康体检人员的血样进行血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)四项血脂指标检测并统计分析,以便能为疾病的预防、医疗和保健提供依据。方法调查2017年1—12月高淳地区部分机关、事业单位5 200名健康体检者血糖、血脂指标水平,分析年龄、性别与血糖、血脂的关系。结果高血糖患病率男性为15.1%,女性为5.1%;高胆固醇血症患病率男性为33.1%,女性为32.1%;高甘油三酯血症患病率男性为43.2%,女性为19.6%;低HDL患病率男性为0.5%,女性为0.2%;高LDL患病率男性为21.4%,女性为17.1%;异常结果检出情况:男性TG>TC>LDL>GLU>HDL;女性TC>TG>LDL>GLU>HDL;男性人群中TG排在首位,女性则是TC。结论年龄、性别、不良生活行为等是糖尿病、高血脂的主要危险因素。

Objective To test and statistically analyze the GLU, TG, TC, HDL and LDL of 5200 cases of healthy physical examination staff in the institutions and governmental units thus providing basis for the prevention and healthcare of diseases. Methods The blood glucose and blood liquid levels of these 5 200 cases from January to December 2017 were investigated, and the correlated between the age, gender and blood glucose and blood liquid was analyzed. Results The prevalence rates of hyperglycemia, hypercholesteremia, hypertriglyceridemia, low HDL and high LDL in males and females were respectively 15.1%,5.1%,33.1%, 32.1%, 43.2%, 19.6%, 0.5%, 0.2%, 21.4%, 17.1%, and the test situation of abnormal results： male TG〉TC〉LDL〉GLU〉HDL; female TC〉 TG〉 LDL〉 GLU〉 HDL,, and the TG in males was in the first place, and TC in females was in the first place. Conclusion The age, gender, and bad life behavior are the major risk factors of diabetes and hyperglycemia.
