舒血宁注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死预后探讨

Study on Prognosis of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Rosuvastatin in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infraction

目的研究舒血宁注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死预后观察。方法选择该院于2016年9月—2017年12月收治的114例急性脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法将患者平均分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=57),对照组患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上采用舒血宁注射液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和患者的满意程度。结果观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,观察组患者和对照组患者的治疗的总有效率分别为78.94%vs 94.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.218 2,P=0.012 6)。观察组患者治疗的满意程度优于对照组患者,两组患者的总满意程度分别为89.47%vs 70.17%,两组比较的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.590 5,P=0.010 2)。结论对急性脑梗死患者采用舒血宁注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,治疗的效果更加显著,患者的满意程度更高,有利于形成良好的医患关系。

Objective To research the prognosis of shuxuening injection combined with rosuvastatin in treatment of acute cerebral infraction. Methods 114 cases of patients with acute cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the control group were treated with rosuvastatin, while the observation group used the shuxuening injection on the basis of the control group, and the total effective rate and satisfactory degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,（78.94% vs 94.73%）, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（χ2=6.218 2, P =0.012 6）, and the treatment satisfactory degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group（89.47% vs 70.17%）,and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance（χ2=6.590 5, P=0.010 2）. Conclusion The effect of shuxuening injection combined with rosuvastatin in treatment of acute cerebral infraction is more obvious, with higher satisfactory degree, which is conductive to developing a good medical relationship.
