喜炎平注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析小儿轮状病毒腹泻患儿采用喜炎平注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的70例小儿轮状病毒腹泻患儿按照不同治疗方式随机分为实验组(35例,常规治疗同时配合喜炎平注射液治疗)和对照组(35例,常规治疗同时配合利巴韦林注射液治疗),对比两组患儿治疗总有效率、主要临床症状改善时间等情况。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率(91.4%)显著高于对照组(77.1%)。实验组患儿脱水纠正时间、退热时间、止泻时间等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿轮状病毒腹泻患儿采用喜炎平注射液治疗的临床效果较为理想,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,有利于患儿尽早恢复,值得广泛推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of xiyanping injection in treatment of children with rotavirus infection. Methods 70 cases of children with rotavirus infection admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 35 cases in each, the experimental group used the routine therapy combined with xiyanping injection, while the control group used the routine therapy combined with virazole injection, and the total treatment effective rate, major clinical symptoms improvement time were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(91.4% vs 77.1%), and the dehydration correction time, antipyretic time and antidiarrheal time in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of xiyanping injection in treatment of children with rotavirus infection is ideal, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, and it is conductive to the early recovery of children,and it is worth wide promotion and application.
