阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病临床探讨

Study on Acitretin Capsules Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in Treatment of Erythrodermic Psoriasis

目的探讨阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗红皮病型银屑病临床效果。方法研究对象均是该院2017年1月—2018年1月份所接收的红皮病型银屑病患者,所选取患者人数共有84例,采用奇数偶数法分为对照组与治疗组两组,对照组患者接受的治疗方法为红皮病型银屑病的常规治疗,治疗组患者接受的治疗方法则是在对照组的基础上再联合阿维A胶囊药物进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果患者在接受治疗后,其疾病临床症状出现了不同程度的改善,治疗组有效程度90.48%,对照组有效程度61.90%,在对比之下,治疗组与对照组之间所差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.043,P<0.05)。在患者接受治疗后8周,医务人员都两组患者再一次进行了皮损评分,治疗组(8.47±1.28),对照组(15.56±0.99),经评分发现两组患者的皮损评分差异有统计学意义(t=11.639,P<0.05)。结论在红皮病型银屑病的临床治疗工作中,单纯的使用复方甘草酸苷注射液给予患者进行治疗所能达到的治疗效果是有限的,而将复方甘草酸苷注射液与阿维A胶囊进行联合使用,可以明显提高该疾病的临床治疗效果,改善患者的皮损情况,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acitretin capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection in treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods 84 cases of children with erythrodermic psoriasis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the routine therapy, while the treatment group used the acitretin capsules combined with routine therapy,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved to a certain degree, and the treatment effectiveness in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively 90.48% vs 61.90%, and the difference was obvious（χ2=6.043, P〈0.05）, in 8 weeks after treatment, both groups were for skin defect score, and the score in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively（8.47 ±1.28）points vs（15.56±0.99）points, and the difference was statistically significant（t=11.639, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The simple compound glycyrrhizin injection in treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis can reach the treatment effect, and the combined use of acitretin capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection can obviously improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the skin defect, and the application value is higher.
