摘要
目的探索应用便携式荧光(紫外)、激光笔对不同种属及易混淆中药饮片进行鉴别的效果。方法选取了2016年1月—2017年12月期间,笔者所在医院的临床常用162种中药饮片,分别运用便携式荧光(紫外)笔与激光笔照射中药饮片的表面或剖面,根据颜色差异,对不同种属及易混淆的中药饮片进行鉴别,对比两种照射笔的临床价值。结果便携式荧光(紫外)笔对不同来源中药饮片的诊断准确率为97.53%,激光笔准确率98.15%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.392,P>0.05);便携式荧光(紫外)笔对区分同科中药饮片的诊断准确率为96.30%,激光笔准确率95.68%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.895,P>0.05);便携式荧光(紫外)笔区分易混淆的中药饮片准确率97.53%,激光笔区分易混淆的中药饮片准确率96.30%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.769,P>0.05);便携式荧光(紫外)笔区分正品与替代品准确率94.44%,激光笔区分正品与替代品准确率95.06%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.614,P>0.05)。结论便携式荧光(紫外)、激光笔均可以快速、简便、准确、环保地鉴别不同种属及易混淆的中药饮片,两种检查笔临床效果相当。
Objective To explore the effect of Portable fluorescent(UV), laser pen in differential diagnosis of different species and confusing Chinese herbal medicines. Methods 162 cases of Chinese herbal medicines in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected, the surface or profile of Chinese herbal medicines was radiated respectively by the portable fluorescent(UV) and laser pen, and the different species and confusing Chinese herbal medicines were identified according to the difference in color, and the clinical value was compared between the radiation pen.Results For different species, the diagnosis accurate rate of portable fluorescent(UV) and laser pen was respectively97.53% and 98.15%, and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.392,P〈0.05), and the diagnosis accurate rate of portable fluorescent(UV) and laser pen was respectively 96.30% and 95.68%, and the difference between groups was not statistically significant(χ2=0.895,P〈0.05).For confusing Chinese herbal medicines, the diagnosis accurate rate of portable fluorescent(UV) and laser pen was respectively 97.53% and 96.30%, and the difference between groups was not statistically significant(χ2=0.769,P〈0.05), For distinguishing the quality goods and succedaneum, the accurate rate of portable fluorescent(UV), laser pen was respectively 94.44% and 95.06%, and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.614,P〈0.05). Conclusion The portable fluorescent(UV) and laser pen can rapidly, conveniently, accurately, environmentally identify different species and confusing Chinese herbal medicines, and the clinical effect is similar.
