泮托拉唑+曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎患儿的效果探讨

Study on Effect of Pantoprazole Combined with Trimebutine in Treatment of Children with Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察托拉唑+曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎患儿的效果。方法选择喀什第一人民医院药学部在2016年9月—2017年9月收诊的120例患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例患儿,观察组采用泮托拉唑+曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎患儿,对照组采用常规治疗方式。比较两者患儿治疗的有效率和患儿发生不良反应的概率。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组患儿治疗有效率为85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.179,P=0.004);观察组患儿不良反应发生率为8.33%,对照组患儿不良反应发生率为3.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.277,P=0.131)。结论对于反流性食管炎患儿的治疗中,采用泮托拉唑+曲美布汀治疗的方式,其治疗效果较好,并且其疗效显著,不会增加患儿不良反应发生率,适合在临床工作中推广。

Objective To observe the effect of pantoprazole combined with trimebutine in treatment of children with reflux esophagitis. Methods 120 cases of children admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the observation group were treated with pantoprazole combined with trimebutine, while the control group used the routine therapy method, and the treatment effective rate and occurrence probability of adverse reactions of children were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.67% and85.00%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8.179,P=0.004）; and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 8.33% and 3.33%, and the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=2.277, P=0.131）. Conclusion The curative effect of pantoprazole combined with trimebutine in treatment of children with reflux esophagitis is obvious, which can not increase the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and it is suitable for promotion in clinic.
