聚焦解决方案应用于急性心肌梗死患者护理中的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Focus Solution in Nursing of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨聚焦解决方案应用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者护理中的效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年12月该院收治的AMI患者300例,以随机数表法对其进行分组,分为对照组与研究组各150例。对照组实施常规护理干预措施,研究组在对照组的基础上应用聚焦解决方案进行护理。自拟调查表评价两组患者AMI理论知识、自我护理技巧的掌握情况,以及遵医行为与服务满意度。对比两组3个月内心血管并发症与其他并发症的发生率。结果研究组对AMI理论知识与自我护理技巧的掌握率为92.00%、90.00%,高于对照组80.00%、78.67%(χ~2=8.970,7.291,P<0.05);遵医行为的依从率为93.33%,高于对照组81.33%(χ~2=9.763,P<0.05);护理服务满意率为96.67%高于对照组90.00%(χ~2=5.357,P<0.05)。研究组其他并发症的发生率为2.67%,低于对照组8.67%(χ~2=5.051,P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决方案在AMI患者护理服务中具有显著的应用效果,适于推广。

Objective To study the effect of focus solution in nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 300 cases of AMI patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention measures, while the research group used the focus solution on the basis of the control group, and the AMI theory knowledge, self-nursing skill of the two groups were evaluated by the self-made questionnaires, and the compliance behavior and service satisfactory degree, and incidence rates of cardiovascular complications and the other complications in three months were compared between the two groups. Results The mastery rate of the research group to the AMI theoretical knowledge and self-nursing skill was higher than that in the control group（92.00%, 90.00% vs 80.00%,78.67%）,（χ2=8.970, 7.291, P〈0.05）, and the compliance was higher than that in the control group（93.33% vs 81.33%）,（χ2=9.763, P〈0.05）, and the nursing service satisfactory rate was higher than that in the control group（96.67% vs90.00%）（χ2=5.357, P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of the other complications was lower than that in the control group（2.67% vs 8.67%）（χ2=5.051, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of focus solution in the nursing services of AMI patients is obvious, which is suitable for promotion.
