家具制造业职业病危害因素检测与防护对策分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨家具制造业职业病危害因素检测与防护对策。方法在2017年2月~2017年6月之间,选择本省的15家家具制造企业作为本次研究对象,对制造企业各个生产车间进行采样检测,主要检测内容包括生产制造环境中有毒物质、空气粉尘、噪声,所有检测结果进行统计学处理和分析,并根据研究结果分析职业病危害的防护对策。结果家具制造业主要有粉尘、甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、乙胺、乙酸乙烯酯、正己烷、丁酮、粉尘、噪声等危害因素;危害因素检测结果,噪声采样75个,合格点数22个,合格率仅为29.33%;粉尘采样164个,合格点数112,合格率为68.29%;甲醛采样63个,合格48个,合格率为75.00%;可见噪声、粉尘、甲醛是家具制造业职业病危害的主要因素,其次为甲苯、二甲苯、笨,此次研究检测,其它采样检测均为100.00%的合格率。结论家具制造业职业病危害因素主要为粉尘、噪声、甲醛、笨、甲苯、二甲苯,在生产过程中应该应用全面的防护对策,确保员工的健康。 Objective To explore the detection and protection measures of occupational hazards in furniture manufacturing industry. Methods Between February 2017 and June 2017, 15 furniture manufacturing enterprises in the province were selected as the object of this study. Samples were taken from each production workshop of the manufacturing company. The main test contents included toxic substances and air in the manufacturing environment. Dust and noise, all test results were analyzed and analyzed statistically, and protective measures against occupational hazards were analyzed based on the results of the study. Results Furniture manufacturing mainly includes dust, formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, ethylamine, vinyl acetate, n-hexane, butanone, dust, noise, and other hazards; the results of hazardous factors detection, noise sampling 75, 22 qualified points, qualified rate was only 29.33%; 164 dust samples, qualified points 112, qualified rate was 68.29%; 63 samples of formaldehyde,qualified 48, qualified rate of 75.00%; visible noise, dust, formaldehyde is furniture The main factors of occupational hazards in manufacturing are followed by toluene, xylene, and stupid. In this study, all other sampling tests were 100.00% qualified. Conclusion The main occupational hazards in furniture manufacturing industry are dust, noise, formaldehyde, stupid, toluene and xylene. Comprehensive protection measures should be applied during the production process to ensure the health of employees.
