口服甘露醇多层螺旋CT小肠造影中精细护理的价值

The value of mannitol multi-slice spiral CT in small intestine angiography in fine nursing

目的探究口服甘露醇多层螺旋CT小肠造影中精细护理的价值。方法收集本院收治的实施口服甘露醇多层螺旋CT小肠造影检查的85例患者,收集时间2015年11月~2017年11月,分研究组(n=42)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采纳常规护理,研究组采纳精细护理,比较护理质量、不良反应发生率。结果与对照组护理质量比较,研究组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率比较,研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细护理可有效减少患者在口服甘露醇多层螺旋CT小肠造影检查过程中的不良反应,提高护理质量,效果确切,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the value of fine nursing in oral mannitol multislice spiral CT angiography. Methods Eighty-five patients who underwent oral mannitol multi-slice spiral CT angiography were collected in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017, divided into study group（n=42） and control group（n=43）. The control group adopted routine care, and the study group adopted fine care to compare the quality of care and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results Compared with the quality of care in the control group, the study group was higher and statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group, the study group was lower, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively reduce the adverse reactions during the oral mannitol multi-slice CT small intestine angiography examination, improve the quality of care, the effect is definite, and it is worth learning from.
