修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉50例分析

Treatment of Recurrent Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps by Modified Endoscopic Surgery: A Report of 50 Cases

目的探讨研究修正性鼻内镜手术治疗50例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床影响。方法以抽签模式将于本院收治的复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中任意抽选出50例,将其平均分成观察组和对照组。其中,对照组以传统手术为其主要治疗方案,观察组选择修正性鼻内镜手术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高(91.66%>66.67%);观察组嗅觉功能及鼻腔气道阻力均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对50例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采取修正性鼻内镜手术进行治疗,有效提高患者治疗效率的同时有助于改善其鼻腔功能,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of revisited endoscopic surgery on 50 patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 50 patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps who were admitted to our hospital by lottery were arbitrarily selected and divided equally into observation group and control group. Among them, the control group used traditional surgery as its main treatment program, and the observation group selected corrective nasal endoscopic surgery for treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（91.66%66.67%）. The olfactory function and nasal airway resistance in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Correcting nasal endoscopic surgery for 50 cases of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment and help improve the nasal function. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
