关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的临床疗效观察

Arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee cartilage injury

目的观察关节镜下行微骨折术在膝关节软骨损伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法从2015年3月~2017年3月期间,来本院接受手术治疗的膝关节软骨损伤患者中选取86例纳入研究,征得患者同意,采取随机信封法分为A组和B组,各43例,A组行关节镜下关节清理术进行治疗。B组行关节镜下微骨折术进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率及HSS评分。结果 B组患者的治疗总有效率为90.70%,A组则为74.42%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者的HSS评分平均为(79.35±4.19)分,显著高于A组患者的(63.75±6.18)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤,治疗有效率高,膝关节功能恢复效果好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee cartilage injury. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, 86 patients with knee cartilage injuries who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were enrolled in the study and86 patients were included in the study. The consent of patients was obtained. The patients were divided into group A and group B by random envelope method. In 43 patients, group A received arthroscopic debridement for treatment. Group B was treated with arthroscopic microfractures. The total effective rate of treatment and HSS scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.70% in group B and 74.42% in group A. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The average HSS score in group B was（79.35 ± 4.19）. Scores were significantly higher than those in group A（63.75 ± 6.18）. There was a clear difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic microfracture for the treatment of cartilage injury of the knee joint has high efficiency in treatment and good recovery of knee function. It is worthy of promotion.
