自体骨碎屑回植在四肢骨折切开复位钢板内固定中的临床应用

Clinical application of autologous bone fragments replanted in open reduction and internal fixation of extremities fractures

目的对自体骨碎屑回植在四肢骨折切开复位钢板内固定中的临床应用效果进行探究。方法选取120例四肢骨折患者随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组60例,使用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗;研究组60例,在对照组基础上联合自体骨碎屑回植。对比不同组别骨折愈合时间、骨不连发生率、并发症情况。结果研究组骨折愈合时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05),研究组骨不连发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论自体骨碎屑回植在四肢骨折切开复位钢板内固定中的临床应用可缩短患者骨折愈合时间、降低骨不连发生率,并且不会增加并发症。

Objective To explore the effect of autologous bone fragments replanted in open reduction and internal fixation of extremities fractures. Methods 120 cases of limb fractures were randomly divided into control group and study group. The 60 cases in the control group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation, while the 60 cases in the study group were given the combinationof autologous bone fragments on the basis of the control group.The fracture healing time, incidences of nonunion and complications were compared between the different groups.Results The fracture healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of bone nonunion in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidences of complications between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical application of autogenous bone graft in the open reduction and internal fixation of the extremities can shorten the time of fracture healing, reduce the incidence of nonunion, without increasingcomplications.
