摘要
目的探讨体验式教学在产科分娩过程中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法抽取2016年7~12月北京市朝阳区妇幼保健院产科实习生64名为干预组,2015年7~12月产科实习生64名为对照组。干预组对产科实习生采用体验式教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较两组批判性思维能力、体验式教学效果评价及考核成绩。结果干预组批判性思维能力中寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、批判思维的自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度及总分均高于对照组,体验式教学评价优于对照组,考核成绩中情景模拟考核和理论考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学在产科分娩过程中的应用能提高护生的批判性思维能力、教学效果评价及考核成绩。
Objective To investigate the application effect of experiential teaching in obstetric delivery. Methods Sixty-four obstetric interns in Department of Obstetrics, Chaoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing City from July to December 2016 were selected as the intervention group by convenient sampling method, and 64 obstetric interns from July to December 2015 were selected as the control group. The intervention group accepted experiential teaching, and the control group adopted regular teaching, then critical thinking ability, experiential teaching effect evaluation and assessment results were compared between the two groups. Results The critical thinking ability to find the truth, open mind, analyzing ability, systematical ability, self-confidence of critical thinking, thirst for knowledge, the cognitive maturity and the total score of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, the teaching evaluation of experiential teaching of the intervention group was higher than the control group, and the grade of situational simulation assessment test and theoretical test of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of experiential teaching in obstetric delivery can improve the critical thinking ability, teaching effect evaluation and assessment results.
