摘要
为了避免或减少气象灾害带给人们生活和生命财产的影响,对人工影响天气的技术原理及在增雨、防雹、消雾等方面的应用进行了研究探讨。
In order to avoid or reduce the effect of meteorological disasters to people’s life and property, the technical principle of weather modification and its application in rain enhancement, hail suppression and fog dissipation were discussed.
