摘要
为了进一步提高食品酶学课程的教学质量,从教学内容、教学方法和考核方式以及网络教学平台的建设等方面进行了一些改革和实践,充分调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性,激发学生学习兴趣,强化学生综合素质的培养,提高教学效果。
Inorder to improve the teaching quality of food enzymology curriculumm, the course has been reformed and explored from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods, examination way, construction of network teaching platform and so on. The results indicated that the teaching reform not only fully mobilized the students’ active learn-ingstate and stimulated the learning interest of students, but also cultivated the students’ comprehensive quality and improved the teaching effect.
