生态文明理念下河南省能源绿色低碳发展研究 被引量:7

Green Energy and Low Carbon Development in Henan Province Under the Concept of Ecological Civilization

摘要 能源支撑和推进着人类社会的发展和进步,但同时由于能源的不合理利用而引起大气污染和气候变化问题,日益威胁到人类社会发展,而生态文明建设对能源的发展和利用起着重要的指导作用.通过对河南省能源发展现状及存在问题进行论述,指出能源绿色低碳发展对建设生态文明的重要性,分析了发展生物质能源对生态文明建设的经济、社会、生态、环境效益,并从生态文明理念的角度对河南省能源发展趋势提出了相关建议措施.加强能源总量控制,优化调整能源结构,加大政府财务奖励补贴政策和提高企业能源利用效率是实现河南省能源绿色低碳发展的必要途径. The development and progress of human society were supported and promoted by energy. However,the problems of air pollution and climate change caused by the unreasonable use of energy are increasingly threatening the development of human society. The construction of ecological civilization plays an important guiding role in the development and utilization of energy effect. In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of energy development in Henan province was discussed,the importance of green development of low-carbon energy to the construction of ecological civilization was pointed out. The economic,social,ecological and environmental benefits were analyzed based on biomass energy. From the perspective of ecological civilization,some suggestions on energy development in Henan province were given for reference. It is the necessary ways to achieve energy-saving green low-carbon development in Henan province by strengthening the control of the total amount of energy,optimization and adjustment the energy structure,increasing government subsidies for financial incentives and improving energy efficiency of enterprises.
