摘要
项目位于广州市,采用剪力墙结构体系,建筑高度195.8m,属于高度超限建筑,同时存在扭转不规则、尺寸突变等不规则项。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,进行了整体结构弹性计算、弹性时程分析和性能目标验算,并用ABAQUS软件进行罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析;并结合计算分析结果,针对性提出加强措施确保结构安全可行。
A high-rise residential building located in Guangzhou City was a shear wall structural system. The height of building is 195.8 meters which was out of codes. And torsional irregularity,abrupt change in sizes,etc. also made its design a complex one. Performance-based aseismic design method was adopted. Series of calculation were included such as overall elastic calculation of structure,elastic time-history analysis and performance checking. And elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes was also performed by ABAQUS. Analysis results helped to make pertinent aseismic strengthening measures to make the structure safe and feasible.
