摘要
简要回顾了混凝土可泵性评估方法,重点介绍了近来基于流变学的计算模型研究进展。将不同计算方法应用于超高建筑混凝土泵送案例,展示了基于流变学的计算模型的准确度。使用基于流变学的计算模型,通过参数化分析定量研究了泵送高度、泵管直径、混凝土流变性质等因素对可泵性的影响,从而为混凝土泵送性能及施工工艺的优化提供理论支撑。
Methods for the assessment of concrete pumpability are briefly reviewed,in particular,the recent progress in rheology-based computation models is introduced. By applying different methods to the analysis of specific pumping cases of super high-rise building construction,the accuracy of rheology-based computation model is demonstrated. Using the rheology-based model,parametric study is conducted to investigate the influence of pumping height,pipe radius and concrete rheological properties on pumpability,which supports the improvement of concrete pumping properties and construction techniques.
