地方高校建设创新创业型大学的路径探索

Path Exploration of Local Universities in Building Innovative and Entrepreneurial Universities

基于创新型国家发展的战略要求、区域经济社会发展的需要以及地方高校自身的办学实际等因素,积极适应当前经济新常态,实现向创新创业型大学转型是地方高校转型发展的一个有利选择。单纯推进创新创业教育并不等同于创新创业型大学建设,局部的创新创业也不等同于创新创业型大学建设,必须上下联动、整体推进,始终围绕区域经济社会不断发展的新形势、新要求,坚定为地方经济社会发展服务的发展战略,实现在管理体制与运行机制、办学理念、人才培养、社会服务、科学研究及文化传承创新等方面的革命性改革,形成优势和特色。

For a local university, it is a beneficial option to adapt to the new normal economy, and strive for the transformation into an innovative and entrepreneurial one in line with its actual conditions as well as the requirements of the state innovation and the need of the regional economy and society. Simple promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not synonymous with the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial universities, nor is the unbalanced innovation and entrepreneurship practice. On the contrary, interactive efforts should be made, focusing on the new situations and requirements of the local economy and society, and sticking to the strategy of serving for the local development, to implement the revolutionary reform on the whole in management system and operating mechanism, ideas of school running, talents training, social service, scientific research as well as the innovation of cultural heritage, thus forming the edge and characteristic of the university.
