On the Philosophical Analysis of “Green Development” in the New Era

十九大报告指出,加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国,必须推进绿色发展。绿色发展是包含理念与行动、目标与举措、道路与模式在内的综合性概念。绿色发展问题不仅是实践问题,也是理论问题。从哲学视角看,绿色发展体现了马克思主义哲学唯物论、辩证法和价值论的有关原理。具体来说,绿色发展体现了唯物论关于认识与实践辩证统一的基本原理,体现了辩证法关于普遍联系和永恒发展的基本观点,体现了价值论关于可持续发展与自由全面发展的价值取向。

As is reported at the 19 th CPC National Congress, we must carry forward green development to speed up the institutional reform of ecological civilization and build up a beautiful China. Green development is a comprehensive concept including ideas and actions, goals and measures, path and mode. It is not only a practical issue, but also a theoretical problem.From the perspective of philosophy, green development embodies the principle of Marx＇s philosophy of materialism, dialectics and value theory. Specifically, green development reflects the basic principle of dialectical materialism on the understanding and practice and the dialectic on universal relation and eternal development. It also embodies the value orientation of axiology about sustainable development and all-round development.
