以"撤县设区"为主要手段的行政区划调整为都市区的形成和壮大创造了有利条件,但也对原有经济发展理念、模式产生了巨大冲击,影响新常态下县域经济发展。本文以撤县设区为研究背景,以重庆荣昌县域经济为研究对象,从产业集群、产城融合和门户效应三个维度分析设区对县域经济发展带来的机遇,从资金保障与要素瓶颈角度分析县域经济面临的挑战,在此基础上,研究促进县域经济可持续发展的对策。

As the main means of administrative division adjustment, ＂Transforming County into District＂ has created favorable conditions for the formation and expansion of urban areas, but also has had a huge impact on the economic development ideology and patterns, affecting the county territory economic development under the new norm. Taking transforming county into district as the research background, and county economic development of Rongchang in Chongqing as the research object, this thesis analyzed the opportunities for county-regional economic development from three perspectives of industrial cluster, integration of production and cities, and portal effect, and analyzed the challenges faced by county-regional economy from the perspectives of funds guarantee and element bottleneck, based on which, the strategies of enhancing the sustainable development of the county-regional economy were researched.
