高血压病早期管理对心脑血管事件患病率的影响

The Effect of Early Management of Hypertension on the Prevalence of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events

目的探究高血病的早期管理对于患者心脑血管疾病患病率的影响。方法以2014年1月—2017年1月在该院确诊为高血压的100例患者为研究对象,将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,其中对照组患者采用一般的治疗方式,而观察组则在患者高血压病早期采取相应的管理措施,通过对比治疗方式探究高血压早期管理对心脑血管患病率的影响。结果对照组收缩压为(147.6±6.4)mmHg,舒张压为(93.5±2.1)mmHg,观察组收缩压为(130.6±5.7)mmHg,舒张压为(81.5±2.7)mmHg,观察组显著低于对照组,同时观察组的心脑血管疾病发病率显著低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压病早期管理能够有效控制患者的各项临床指标,同时有效降低心脑血管患病率,帮助患者更快地恢复健康,值得应用推广。

Objective This paper tries to explore the impact of early management of hypercholesteremia on the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients. Methods 100 patients diagnosed with hypertension in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were included in the study. The patients were equally divided into two groups 50 case in each group： the observation group and the control group. The control group used the general treatment and the observation group, in the early stage of hypertension in patients, with appropriate management measures, through contrast therapy to explore the early management of hypertension on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prevalence. Results In the control group, the systolic blood pressure was（147.6±6.4）mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was（93.5±2.1）mmHg, the systolic blood pressure in the observation group was（130.6±5.7）mmHg, and the diastolic blood pressure was（81.5±2.7）mmHg.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the observation group was also observed, significantly lower than the control group, the differences between the groups were very significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early management of hypertension can effectively control the patient＇s clinical indicators, and at the same time effectively reduce the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prevalence rate and help patients recover health more quickly. It is worthy of application and promotion.
