分析强化护理管理模式对维持性血液透析患者液体平衡的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Intensified Nursing Management on Fluid Balance in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的研究强化护理管理模式对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者液体平衡的影响。方法在2015年6月—2017年9月这个时间段中取材并开展该次研究,所选取MHD患者总计80例,抽取其中40例患者使用传统护理管理,将其划分为对照组,余下的40例患者接受强化护理管理,将其划分为观察组。结果观察组中体重增加量合格的患者数量与对照组进行比较明显较多,完成血液透析脱水量平均值合格的患者数量与对照组进行比较也明显较多,观察组中血压达标的患者数量以及出现充血性心力衰竭的患者数量与对照组进行比较也明显更优,患者对于强化护理管理的认可情况也明显较好(P<0.05)。结论强化护理管理模式的落实,各类护理事故的发生得到有效控制,完成血液透析MHD患者的脱水量也控制在安全的范围内,不良病症的发生也得到有效控制,给患者提供了安全保障,得到较多患者的认可。

Objective This paper tries to study the effect of intensive nursing management mode on fluid balance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）. Methods A total of 80 cases of MHD patients were selected and conducted during the period from June 2015 to September 2017. A total of 40 patients were selected for traditional care management and divided into control group. 40 patients received intensive care management and divided into observation group. Results The number of eligible patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The number of qualified patients who completed the hemodialysis dehydration was significantly higher than that in the control group. The number of patients with the blood pressure in the observation group and the occurrence number of patients with congestive heart failure was also significantly better than that of the control group, and the patient＇s recognition of enhanced nursing management was also significantly better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the implementation of nursing management model, the occurrence of various types of nursing accidents is effectively controlled, the amount of dehydration in patients undergoing hemodialysis MHD is also controlled within a safe range, the occurrence of adverse diseases is also effectively controlled, and the patient is provided with safety protection.
