护理风险管理在普通外科护理管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management in General Surgical Nursing Management

目的分析护理风险管理在普通外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法以2016年1月—2017年1月在该院普外科进行治疗的80例患者为研究对象,将这些患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。在实际护理中,为观察组实行护理风险管理,对照组则实行一般的常规护理管理方法,通过护理满意度以及护理差错等因素探究护理风险管理在普通外科护理管理中的应用效果。结果观察组的护理满意度明显好于对照组,而护理差错出现率则显著低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理应用在普通外科护理管理中能够有效改善护理质量,降低护理差错出现的风险,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in general surgical care management. Methods 80 patients who underwent general surgery in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects. These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. In the actual care, the observation group implemented the nursing risk management, while the control group implemented the general routine nursing management method. Through the factors such as nursing satisfaction and nursing errors,the application effect of nursing risk management in general surgical nursing management was explored. Results The satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, while the occurrence rate of nursing errors was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference in the establishment data was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in general surgical care management can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce the risk of nursing errors, and improve the patient＇s satisfaction with care, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
