摘要
老龄化社会的程度,对于专业养老从业人员的需求,日益加大。而现行机制下的养老从业人员培训普及度远远不够。文中主要探讨我国养老现状和养老观念,养老护理员的人才现状及人才培养等问题。并借鉴其他国家养老从业人员培训与执业,指出老龄化社会对老年护理学职业教育的要求。
The degree of aging society is increasingly demanding for professionals who care for the elderly. The popularization of pension workers under the current mechanism is far from enough. This article mainly discusses the status quo of oldage care in China and the concept of old-age care, the status quo of talents for nursing care workers, and personnel training. And learn from the training and practice of pensioners in other countries, and point out the requirements of the ageing society for vocational education in elderly nursing.
