目的在医院的病案管理中,加强对患者隐私权的法律保护。方法通过对病案记录中涉及到患者的不愿意公开的隐私等信息,需要相关的医务人员进行保密,需要提高医务人员的隐私保护意识,从而强化医护人员、病案管理人员的法律意识。结果加强病案管理,完善病案安全管理制度,自觉保护患者隐私权。结论依据隐私权的法律保护,提出加强病案管理,保护患者隐私权的措施。

Objective In the management of medical records in hospitals, the legal protection of patients＇ privacy rights is strengthened. Methods The unwillingness of disclosure of privacy and other information related to patients in the medical records need to be kept confidential by the related personnels, and the awareness of privacy protection of medical staff needs to be improved, so as to strengthen the legal awareness of medical personnel and medical record managers. Results Strengthen medical record management, improve the medical record safety management system, and consciously protect the privacy of patients. Conclusion Based on the legal protection of privacy rights, it proposes measures to strengthen the management of medical records and protect the privacy of patients.
